The SK machine is a faster needle braiding machine (40% faster in compare to KB212) to produce round cords with or without core inside, from 2 up to about 7mm of diameter if equipped with corresponding cylinders.
It is available with one cylinder/head (SK1 version) or two independent cylinders/heads (SK2 version) , in relationship to your quantity production request.
In according to its optional accessories, upon demand, it can realize elastic cords, have a meter-counter and some winding system device. No flat cords.
The take down system is an independent unit for each head and for this reason, in case of the SK2 version, you could have two different kind of products.
It runs with 1400 strokes per minute and it is a very silent machine, with a maintenance nearly inexistence, adapted to work 24 hours per day in absence of the operator.
The SK works with a system of an alternate turning cylinder and not a rotating yarn-guide: this allows a more easily charging of the machines without the twisting of the yarn-ends.
Equipped with a yarn control system with the stop-motion of the work in case of break or lack of yarn, it has got a system of one or two arms that bring the final cord out of the machine body, to make easily the filling of specific final products customer boxes.
